Because staying in hostels was out of the question, Heidi began the process of locating a suitable place to live for herself and a few of her friends. After achieving this, she began the process of relocating to the city, eager to begin a new chapter in her life. Naturally, she maintained her close relationship with Kay throughout this period, despite the fact that they were living at a greater distance from one another than they were used to.

Despite the fact that Heidi’s first apartment helped her in adjusting to university life, there was a major issue. They couldn’t go to class since the apartment was too distant from campus. It was obvious they would need to move closer to home to make student life easier. It was just a matter of months until they found an apartment that was a little bit more affordable and that was a little bit closer to the university itself.
