It appears that you are looking at a photograph of a tornado that struck Oklahoma City in 1898. Unfortunately, several websites are stating that this photograph is authentic in every way. While the storm in the background is accurate, the foreground and the persons in it were created using photoshop. The website Snopes has verified that this is the case. Old World Monkey

Only the Ethiopian Highlands are home to the gelada, an Old World monkey. It’s also known as the “baboon” of the gelada or the “bleeding-heart monkey.” They mostly consume grasses, although they will also eat fruits and even cereal crops when they are available. Gelada’s chest is covered with a hairless, hourglass-shaped patch of pink or red flesh. They show their fangs and gums when they flip their top lips back in a threat demonstration. They also expose their pale eyelids by pulling back their scalps.
