A Very Odd Slumber Party
These two critters appear to be great pals. There’s no other explanation we can imagine for a baby elephant to be resting and snuggling right next to an adult emu. His long trunk can be even seen coiled up next to her velvety tail feathers. Certainly, an odd couple of buddies going for a slumber party but it’s also certainly sweet. it’s also awesome to see that the adult in the pair seems to be ensuring the younger one’s sleep by making sure nothing will disturb it. it is also rather amazing to think that the adult emu could manage to stay still considering that the elephants would be considerably heavy but the mature one seems to be remaining sweet about it.
