Is there any greater expression of love than poetry? Writing, whether prose or verse, can be a great way to speak to your lover’s soul. However, it can also be a great way to tell them to get lost. The piece above starts off sweet but then becomes bitter as it reveals its true purpose, to dump Erin in a startling fashion. We must say, everything else aside, we respect it for its dramatic execution.

Now, this is an example of a classic burn. One shares their fear of a break up, the other plays at relieving their fear, but then makes it a reality! But hey, it does look like the victim had some advanced warning, but we’ll admit that maybe it was a little cruel. We wonder if “Will” would have actually gone through with it if he wasn’t confronted, or perhaps he was waiting for this moment…
