Breakups are often just between the two involved. It’s kept quiet to save everyone the embarrassment that could follow. Of course, sometimes they’re bold declarations. The aggrieved party here actually splashed the cash to have a billboard raised announcing their breakup. Emily didn’t bear all the burden though, she paid for it out of their joint bank account. It’s enough to make anyone reconsider the idea of getting married. At least we got a laugh.

Sometimes it’s best to keep a breakup professional. That’s what this person did… in a manner of speaking. They actually changed their shop’s storefront to announce that not only were they breaking up with “Paul”, but they were keeping the dog too. Something tells us that he won’t be going to any beat poetry evenings there anytime soon. We only hope that their dog is doing well at least. That would be something at least.
