Moving A Plane Without Flying
If you ask us, the hardest part of the whole process was actually trying to get the plane from Athens, Greece, to Hillsboro, Oregon, without actually flying it. The process was quite challenging, and Bruce himself admitted to this. So, before Bruce even managed to start any of the work to enjoy his life-long dream, the transportation with other travel details amounted to $120,000. This meant the cost for purchase and delivery was already up to $220,000. But, Bruce didn’t let this deter him from accomplishing what he wanted and saw it as a great accomplishment.
Like Moving The Titanic
Bruce was determined to make it all happen at any cost, and he was not ready to have his dream go down the drain. He knew he had to get his prized possession home to the land he bought in the forest. Turning a plane into a home was his dream, and he would not let anything stop him. But, this transportation was another major problem this creative mind had on his hands. It’s almost like moving the Titanic across the ocean without it sailing.
