Sweden
When it comes to neutrality, Sweden fits this category all too well as they tend to keep a low profile for their good. As such, at every given time one checks in, the country has only around 21,000 active soldiers and some soldiers in reserve as well. Sweden also focuses on investing in a few weapons as they are known to have about 160 combat tanks, 138 fighter jets, and about 5 submarines. However, the active force is on the lower end compared to their over 10 million population status.
Greece
With a population of over 10 million people, Greece has quite a strong military force with over 161,000 active personnel and over 413,000 military personnel. They invest a lot in their military force and are a combination of several islands, they ensure they are always on the protected end with their coastal borders. Among all the weapons owned by the country’s military force, it includes 11 submarines that are always active in protecting their territory.
