Based on research, Brazil is said to have an estimated 1.6 million reserve soldiers awaiting that call for them to get active. Well, we can say with such a heavy headcount of military members, it comes as no surprise when they set their budget at an estimated $27 billion. Brazil seems to be planning something ahead of time as no man knows what can happen.
