Her self-assurance rose as she realized that she could finally be herself without being bothered. Thanks to the increased freedom and space she had been given. Heidi got a phone call within the first two days after moving into her new apartment. The person on the other end of the phone, who seemed to be one of the new tenants, inquired about some of the logistics of the previous apartment from her. Heidi was taken aback by the phone call, considering that she had only been a resident for a short period of time. Since they couldn’t contact the landlord, they called her.
