Visual Attraction
IKEA has almost mastered the art of visual attraction and it is how they keep their customers’ interests peaked. Paula, an employee at one store, says that the interior display walls are not permanently fixed. Paula expanded on this approach in an interview with Mental Floss, ‘They have a lock on them so people can’t move them. At the end of every night, so we have to move all the walls so we have a shot to where the trash is.’
