It’s not uncommon to hear stories about families being forced to move after experiencing supernatural events at their homes. These happen all over the United States, and the world for that matter, and can be terribly disrupting for the individuals who come into contact with these terrifying forces. Germantown in Tennessee is a town that was thought to be the location of a haunted house. The rumors began when one family started hearing frightening noises that none of them were able to pinpoint. It would take weeks to figure out exactly where the noise was coming from, and special help had to be called in to get to the bottom of the strange, loud noises they were hearing. What was in the house, which nearly drove a kind family out of their beloved home?
Home, Interrupted
The family living in this spectacular home weren’t able to trace the source of the sound, even when they paired up to investigate the matter. What had started out as an odd noise here and there soon turned into more consistent louder noises that simply couldn’t be ignored.
Soon, they began to investigate the sound more formally, in a bid to get to the bottom of the mystery. After an exhaustive process, it was revealed that there was actually something hidden away within the structure of the large home.
A Typical Suburban House
This home was not unfamiliar to the Germantown area, and a lot of houses in the area looked similar in structure and design. The neighborhood it was in was generally community-centric, and the family was looking for this before they bought the property.
Little did they know that once they were settled in the house, there would be little serenity and peace. The noises started right from the first day they moved in, and everyone put their heads together in order to see if they could isolate where it was coming from.
