As per property records, Sir Michael Caine and his better half, Shakira, have effectively auctioned off their Miami Beach condominium in December 2017. The honour winning Englishman, who has shown up more than 130 films, sold his old house located in South Pointe Drive, at the cost of $7.45M. The house was built in 2008 inside a 22-story building with a total of 67 homes and every house has its private elevator. Michael likewise purchased the place in that very year for $4.07M. The 4,154-square-foot unit has four rooms, a kitchen, a media room, and a sea view.
