The views alone were powerful enough to get Chris ready to sign over the ownership to his name. After all, the place had a magnificent view. The new owner was so anxious about getting to know his new surroundings and taking in every little bit of what the beautiful backdrop had to offer. Over the years, severe weather conditions had torn nature apart but, happy to say, Chris was excited this place was spared the worst. The peace and serenity this place provides are exactly what Chris had always longed for.
