Robert Downey Jr is a great American actor and his successful career has earned The Iron Man star an incredible fortune. Robert Downey Jr. has invested in a few properties over the years, but his most recent selection has caught our attention. The charming home is located in the East Hamptons and is worth a small fortune with the purchase price being a whopping $11.9 million, which I’m sure wasn’t a problem for the star. The house is called “The Edward DeRose Windmill Cottage” and it does in fact include a windmill as the name suggests and additionally boasts a huge swimming pool, a library, and a tennis court as well as seven luxurious bedrooms. But that’s not all the property also has its own two-bedroom guest house so guests will definitely have their own privacy!
