Eva Mendes & Ryan Gosling Were Outbid With A $9.5 Million Offer For A Home In San Marino
Eva Mendes and Ryan gosling thought that they were about to purchase a new mansion to live with daughters with an offer that was around $8 million. Sadly, a better offer came in just after theirs at $9.5 million, one which they refused to beat. The neighborhood is about 10 miles from LA, where they fell in love with the home, which is called Villa delle Favole. It has 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, an outdoor swimming pool, wine seller, gym, library, spa, and a lavish guest house. The mansion was built in 1924 and was kept in mint condition to this day.
