Half Down, Half Up
If you want to look like a medieval peasant girl, then by all means go for this look. Throw in some thrifty, sheer dress in and a hesitance to wear shoes and you have that wild chic down fantastically. Cheekiness aside, we have seen plenty of people pull this messy style off, it just does not work for many people. Some just look like they have had the wildest night of their lives. The half down, half-up style generally works for women with thick and luscious hair, while those with thinner locks need not apply.

In recent years, bright and gaudy hair dye has been all the rage with cosplayers (people that dress up like anime and video game characters), streamers (people who play video games to online audiences), and alternative folks (scene girls, punks, anarchists, etc.). If you do not identify with any of these ‘movements,’ but would still like to stand out from the crowd, then by all means bring the pink-copper hues on! Just know that it can all go terribly wrong when you look less like a fairy and more like a Wal-Mart mom.
