Holes In Pen Caps
In the past, many people have thrown out their pen covers as they note a hole is in them, so it is pretty useless. But, these holes were actually added by manufacturers for critical reasons. It turns out, a lot of these pen caps have been swallowed in the past, and with no ventilation, it has caused a lot of breathing issues. On the other hand, the holes provide an avenue for effective breathing should this ever repeat itself. We are not hoping for it to happen, but at least whoever the incident happens to, they can breathe with some ease until medical help arrives.
