Peru
Peru is one of the few countries that have a really low budget – standing at around $820 million per year. However, this does not mean their military power is not as strong as it ought to be as they currently have over 100,000 active soldiers and close to 268,000 in their reserve. To add to this personnel number, they also have enough weapons and tools that can get them going should anything arise. Even though their budget is small, they still manage to sustain their strength.
