Algeria
Algeria has a large active military members force of around 800,000 which is more than 10 times the amount active in Canada. They set aside a well-enough budget to sustain their large military status as well as the weapons used to strengthen the said manpower. Unlike many other countries on this list, Algeria focuses more on ground attacks than they do on-air attacks. Either way, they are on the stronger side when it relates to military power.
