When it comes to neutrality, Sweden fits this category all too well as they tend to keep a low profile for their good. As such, at every given time one checks in, the country has only around 21,000 active soldiers and some soldiers in reserve as well. Sweden also focuses on investing in a few weapons as they are known to have about 160 combat tanks, 138 fighter jets, and about 5 submarines. However, the active force is on the lower end compared to their over 10 million population status.
