The Green Light

Before any constructions could take place, with the building plans for his house, Luke still needed the permission and the approval of his parents, Angie and Greg Thill. Thankfully, his parents could not disregard the enthusiasm and how serious he was, so they gave him the green light to go ahead with his project. Luke went on to plan to build his house in full detail, to be erected on his parents’ four-acre property.

His Father’s Terms

Before the commencement of the project, Luke had to agree to his father’s three simple rules as they were key for him to follow. The first rule was that Luke had to fund the project all by himself. Rule number two was that he had to construct the building completely independently, and the last rule was that Luke had to be the proprietor. The young man acknowledged proceeded with action.
