Rolling Stones – $129 Million, Located in France
The ’70s were an insane time, particularly for individuals in a musical band. Keith Richards, alongside his bandmates, otherwise known as the Rolling Stones, spent around a year living in the French Riviera, in the verifiable Nellcote building in 1971. Keith lived there on rent for around $2.5K every month. The estate had 16 bedrooms, and till today, there are numerous photos of the band hanging out there. During the ’00s, it was bought by a Russian man for $128 million. It belonged to Keith’s until 1973. It is said that they recorded an aspect of their ’72 collection Exile on Main St. in Nellcote’s storm cellar.
