Carla and Gladys were amazed to see the dilapidated home was positioned in a desirable part of Toronto. They were disappointed that they were losing out on the full market value of the home. Still, such market value would cushion the disastrous selling setbacks of Joyce’s property and its many renovation needs. They were sure that they could now salvage a good deal with her home and now believed that they had found this sale’s saving grace.
