This drone image of a Vietnamese fishing boat looks precariously close to that of a siamese fighter fish and at first glance, one might think it is a picture of the beautiful fish but alas it’s just a spectacular picture of a boat in a rural village of Vietnam throwing out a fishing net. These Villages rely heavily on the fishing industry for survival. It sustains their own local economies and it also helps to boost the growing tourism industry in Vietnam’s bigger cities. This picture was captured by Trung Pham. Hundreds of fish are caught this way when the commercial fishing boats cast their nets out and it creates jobs for the locals as well gives them good quality fresh food, which they also sell to neighboring towns and villages

Christ the redeemer is found on Mount Corcovado with arms spread wide open seemingly blessing the people of Rio de Janeiro. This historic monument wasn’t built overnight, it actually took almost a decade to complete. The huge statue of Christ stands 124.7 feet tall. You can’t visit the gorgeous city of Rio and not visit the monument of Christ the redeemer, it’s not enough to simply see it from the airplane while flying over the city, the true beauty can be experienced when you stand at his feet and look up to his glorious face.
