DJ Khaled is a famous Hip-hop star and social media guru. He recently bought his new home in Beverly Hills for $10 million. The immaculate property sits on about an acre of land and the actual mansion measures 10.681 square feet. The mansion has seven mega-sized bedrooms, eleven bathrooms, an enormous kitchen with a separate breakfast corner. There is also a recording studio, allowing him to work from home, a media room, and a private gym. This property is unique in its own right with having butler pantries and maids’ living quarters on the property(a bit of the old world). Outside in the estate, you will find an outdoor living area, a kitchen, a spa, and swimming pool, and two terraced patios with rolling green lawns and landscaped gardens all around the big man’s beautiful home.

Leonardo DiCaprio’s $1.75 Million Eco-Village In Belize
Legendary actor Leonardo DiCaprio is building what we would like to call his own little eco-village, He is a keen environmentalist and he has more than enough money to his name and he has decided to combine the two. The star purchased the 104 acres of Belize Isle and transformed it into a luxury eco-friendly resort, where construction is finally coming to a close. He bought Belize’s Blackadore Caye Island in 2005 doe $1.75 million and he decided to transform the building to 36 luxury villas and wants to put them on sale doe $5 million each as well as an additional 36 residential homes. All the construction was powered by the sun and was done using locally sourced materials. Leo’s dream is that there will only be reusable water bottles sold on the island and there will only be clean energy vehicles and all food products will be locally sourced and organically grown.
