Shepard Smith seems to be having a bit of bad luck with his New York home. He tried selling off his Greenwich Village condo in 2017 for $4.9 million but soon took it off the market as buyers did not seem too keen on the place, even after a price drop of $100,000 was knocked off the sale ticket! He originally purchased the property for $1.88 million in 2004, so you can take his valuation with a pinch of salt. Shepard Smith is famous for his position as an anchor on Fox News, as well as for hosting his very own talk show, “Shepard Smith Reporting”. Things seem to be running well in his career and it doesn’t look like he’ll be booking into a retirement village for the rich and famous anytime soon!
