Before the Boeing 727 was put off the skies’ trail, it served a very critical purpose. It was designed to carry passengers right around the world. Interestingly, this model was used as the air hearse, which carried a lot of celebrities.When Aristotle Onassis died, his body was transported to Greece in the aircraft Bruce now calls home. The Greek business guru died of respiratory issues in 1975 while he was on a mission in France. At the time of his death, he was married to former first lady Jackie Kennedy, widow of the late president, John F. Kennedy. She even wished to be transported back to Greece with her husband’s body in the same aircraft.
